怎樣設計寶寶的餐單
只要合適地配搭不同的食物,BB便能得到所需的營養素,同時又可逐步過渡至進食各種食物的家常飯餐,可參考以可5大原則:
1. 包含四大類食物
四大類包括:穀物、蔬菜、水果和肉魚蛋豆類,亦可加入奶類食物來調製菜式。
2. 選擇食物多樣化
寶寶餐單要包含多種食物,讓寶寶接觸不同口味。家長可輪流選取同一類別中各種食物,如不同顏色的 水果、蔬菜。
3. 適合寶寶的咀嚼能力
先試較易製成肉蓉的雞肉,然後才試牛肉。
4.多吃穀物和蔬果
應多吃穀物、蔬菜和水果,肉、魚、 蛋、豆類食物則只須適量。選用植物油煮食,如芥花籽油。
5. 從家人的餐單選擇食物
與寶寶分享食物時,鹽和調味料的分量應減少,或在調味前先預留他所需的分量。
8款簡易粥仔/糊仔食譜
BB加固食譜1:蘋果藍莓蓉 Apple Blueberry Puree
材料:
1. 蘋果1個
2. 藍莓10粒
做法:
1. 蘋果去皮去核切粒。
2. 把蘋果放入攪拌器拌勻。
3. 將藍莓用匙羹弄至蓉狀。
4. 把藍莓蓉加入蘋果蓉中,即可食用。
Ingredients:
1. Apple 1 pc
2. Blueberry 10 pcs
Method:
1. Peel and deseed apple. Cut into small does
2. Place apple dices in the blender, blend it.
3. Use spoon make blueberries into puree.
4. Mix apple and blueberries puree together.
BB加固食譜2:甜薯金瓜糊 Squashy Sweet Potato
材料:
1. 甜薯、洗淨去皮 1個
2. 金瓜、去皮去籽 1/4杯
3. 有機嬰兒米糊 1/2杯
做法:
1. 甜薯、金瓜切幼粒
2. 放入蒸籠蒸15分鐘至軟身
3. 熟蔬菜放入攪拌器內,拌勻
4. 加入米糊、拌勻
5. 如需要可加入水或嬰兒奶配方
Ingredients:
1. sweet potato, washed, peeled 1pcs
2. butternut squash, peeled and seeded 1/4 cup
3. organic baby rice cereal 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Cut sweet potato and squash into small pieces.
2. Steam vegetables for 15 minutes or until tender.
3. Transfer cooked vegetables into a blender. Blend well.
4. Add cereal. Combine well.
5. Add water or baby formula if necessary.
放入蒸籠蒸15分鐘至軟身
BB加固食譜3:豆腐蛋黃糊 Tofu Puree with Egg Yolk
材料:
1. 豆腐 半磚
2. 蛋黃1/4個
做法:
1. 先將豆腐隔水蒸5分鐘。
2. 將雞蛋煮熟,到殼。
3. 將黃蛋切出1/4個,備用。
4. 切碎豆腐,並將之總至稀爛。
5. 加入蛋黃,並將之搗至稀爛即成。
Ingredients:
1. Soft tofu 1/2pc
2. Egg yolk 1/4pc
Method:
1. Steam the tofu for 5 minutes.
2. Poach the egg until cooked, remove the eggshell.
3. Cut off 1/4 egg yolk for later use.
4. Cut the steamed tofu, then mash into puree.
5. Add the egg yolk in the tofu puree and stir well.
BB加固食譜4:三文魚糊仔 Salmon Cereal
材料:
1. 三文魚0.5克
2. 米糊10安士
做法:
1. 三文魚洗淨,蒸熟。
2. 米糊用熟水開勻。
3. 把三文魚放入米糊內攪勻,即可。

Salmon 0.5g
baby cereal 10oz
Method:
1. Clean and steam the salmon.
2. Add enough water in baby cereal to mix well.
3. Adding the salmon until the mixture is the desired consistency.
BB加固食譜5:南瓜甘筍雞肉糊 Pumpkin, carrot & chicken puree
材料:
1. 南瓜(去皮、切粒)1杯
2. 甘筍(去皮、切粒)1/4杯
3. 水 2杯
4. 雞胸肉粒 半杯
做法:
1. 將南瓜粒、甘筍粒及水放於小鍋內拌勻。
2. 將材料煮滾後,調慢火燜15分鐘或至軟身。
3. 加入雞胸肉粒煮至熟透身。
4. 將所有材料倒入攪拌器攪爛。暖食。
Ingredients:
1. Peeled and cubed pumpkin 1 cup
2. Peeled and cubed carrots 1/4 cup
3. Water 2 cups
4. Cooked and diced chicken breasts 1/2 cup
Method:
1. In a small saucepan, combine cubed pumpkin, carrots and water.
2. Bring mixture to a full boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until mixture are tender.
3. Add cooked chicken into pumpkin mixture and heat warm through.
4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve warm.
BB加固食譜6:紅蘿蔔粟米豆腐粥 Carrot Corn Tofu Porridge
材料:
1. 紅蘿蔔 2條
2. 白米 60克
3. 粟米 1條
4. 豆腐 1盒
5. 水 適量
做法:
1. 紅蘿蔔去皮,切件,隔水煲熟,可切粒或放入攪拌機打成蓉。
2. 粟米先煲熟切粒,然後放入攪拌機打成蓉,待用。
3. 豆腐用匙壓成蓉狀,待用。
4. 白米浸洗後瀝乾,倒進煲內加水煲煮,其間不斷攪拌。
5. 最後將紅蘿蔔蓉、粟米蓉和豆腐蓉放進粥內,拌勻即可。
Ingredients:
1. Carrot 2 pcs
2. White rice 60 g
3. Corn 1 pc
4. Tofu 1 box
5. Water amount
Method:
1. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Diced carrot or use blender to make fluffy after cooked.
2. Cook corn and cut grains out, then make fluffy with blender.
3. Use a spoon to make tofu to be fluffy.
4. Soak rice for a half hour and drain. The pour the rice into the pot and fill with water, stir during the cooking.
5. Finally, add carrot, corn and tofu paste into the porridge, mix well.
BB加固食譜7:菠菜碎肉粥 Minced meat congee with spinach
材料:
1. 菠菜1棵(約30g)
2. 免治瘦肉 20g
3. 白粥 1碗
做法:
1. 將菠菜頭部的根除去,只留幼嫩綠葉部分,洗淨,剁成茸留用。
2. 白粥煮成較稠的狀態,轉為溫火,加入菠菜及免治肉煮熟,拌勻即成。
Ingredients:
1. Spinach 1 item (about 30g)
2. Minced lean pork 20g
3. Rice congee 1 bowl
Method:
1. Cut the root of spinach and keep the young green leaves only. Wash and finely chop.
2. Cook the rice congee into thicker state, turn to medium heat; add spinach and minced pork; stir well until cooked.
BB加固食譜8:南瓜魚腩粥 Fish congee with pumpkin
材料:
1. 南瓜 2湯匙
2. 大魚腩 1湯匙
3. 白粥 1小碗
做法:
1. 南瓜去皮去籽、洗淨、磨茸。
2. 大魚腩洗淨隔水蒸熟,去骨去皮留肉備用。
3. 白粥煮成後即轉為溫火,加入魚腩及南瓜茸煮成呈稠狀,,即成。
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin 2 tablespoons
2. Fish belly 2 tablespoons
3. Rice congee 1 small bowl
Method:
1. Skin, deseed and clean the pumpkin; grind the pumpkin.
2. Clean and steam the fish belly; have the boned and skinned flesh ready for the next step.
3. Turn to medium heat when the rice congee is cooked, add the fish and pumpkin, stir until cooked and thicken, Ready to serve.
