三文魚車厘茄
材料:
車厘茄 3 個
三文魚 0.5 克
做法:
1. 車厘茄洗淨,切開兩半。
2. 然後將車厘茄蒸熟。
3. 三文魚洗淨,蒸熟。
4. 將車厘茄及三文魚攪勻,即可。

車厘茄含纖維、維他命、鉀等外,更含茄紅素,有抗氧化功能,可防癌,小寶寶多吃車厘茄更健康。

cherry tomato 3 pcs
salmon 0.5g

1. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves after wash.
2. Steam the tomatoes until tender.
3. Clean and steam the salmon.
4. Blender the cherry tomatoes and salmon until smooth.
